Delivery

1. After order confirmation, goods will be delivered in 1 – 7 business days.
2. If pick up from our store at Ateities pl. 4B in Kaunas is chosen, goods will be available for collection within 2 hours. Ordered products will be reserved for 3 business days.
3. If pick from our warehouseat Statybininkų st. 2B is chosen goods will be available for collection within 1 business day. Ordered products will be reserved for 3 business days.
4. Certain products can only be picked up from the Jurbarkas warehouse, or only from the Kaunas store. For specific size products, currently we do not offer home delivery. All information is provided on each product page.
5. Final delivery price can be seen on order confirmation page. Cost depends on shipment weight:

1. If home delivery is selected, shipping only possible to provided home address. Delivery to parcel lockers is not available due to oversized products dimenions.
2. After receipt of your payment, we start to prepare your order immediately.
3. We will inform you about scheduled delivery by email and SMS.

5. If the goods are not being collected by the specified person, please notify our manager. +370 686 91 663 arba uzsakymai@elodena.lt. When picking up your order, please show the SMS or email (or a printed version) with the order confirmation and the order number.
6. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer (his representative) signs the goods receipt document.
7. If damage to the packaging is noticed during unloading, the customer must inform the delivery person about this, otherwise claims regarding the quality of the goods that are not a manufacturing defect will not be accepted.
8. Upon delivery, the customer (or their representative) must check whether the quantity of goods received corresponds to the order. If any discrepancies are found, the delivery person must be informed, otherwise claims for discrepancies in quantity will not be accepted.
9. Within 14 days after receiving the order, the customer has right to claim for a defect in the goods that could only be seen after unpacking.
