Return policy

1. Purchased item(s) can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Please contact our manager regarding the defective goods uzsakymai@elodena.lt, please provice following information: order number, defective goods and their quantity list.
3. If confirmed that the goods do not meet the quality requirements, we will replace them with new ones free of charge. If we do not have the required goods in our stock, we will refund the money paid for the respective positions and quantity. You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days.
4. Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unless returning defective items and packaging had to be damaged to determine the quality.
5. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
6. It is necessary to provide a purchase document (invoice or purchase receipt) in order return to be accepted.
7. The buyer bears the transportation costs for non-defective items returned.
