Oil for sauna floor „Supi Lattiaöljy“ 0,9 L

Application conditions
The temperature of the environment, the surface to be coated and the coating during application and drying must be at least +5 °C, the relative humidity must not exceed 80%.

Surface preparation
New wooden surface
Remove dirt and dust. Lightly moisten by spraying with water. Allow to dry and sand with sandpaper to remove splinters. Remove sanding dust.

Previously oiled surface
Wash with detergent "Supi Saunapesu" according to the instructions, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. If necessary, sand the surface and
remove sanding dust. Remove any old coating that has come off with a scraper and/or a steel brush. If a film remains on the surface,
remove it before oiling.

Application
Stir well before use and also stir again when applying. Apply 1 coat with a brush or sponge, rub in well so that the oil is evenly absorbed into the wood. After about 30 minutes, wipe off any oil that has not been absorbed. Evenly cover the entire board without taking breaks so that the color is uniform. Oiled wood darkens.

Heat up the sauna and ventilate well before using it.

Re-oil when necessary. A surface that is constantly exposed to moisture should be re-oiled regularly.

Cleaning tools
Wash tools with soap and water. Tikkurila Pensselipesu (tool cleaner) is recommended to remove hardened paint from tools. Wash with soap and water. Clean slightly hardened oil with Pensselipesu tool cleaner.

Surface care
Use the surface very carefully for about a week. If necessary, after about 2 days, you can gently clean the surface with a soft brush or a washing brush.

After a month (not earlier), when the surface has finally hardened and acquired the required durability, you can wash it with the detergent "Supi Saunapesu"
(dilute 0.1–0.2 l of detergent in 5 l of water).

Environmental protection and waste management
Remains of the product must be disposed of in accordance with the requirements of waste management legislation. Empty and dry packaging
Recycle or dispose of in accordance with the requirements of waste management legislation.
